Feeling Overwhelmed

It has been two years since I launched my website and Satsanga Yoga. And I am so appreciative of my community. No matter how overwhelmed I might be, when I make it to my mat and my practice it brings me a sense of security and joy. I always leave feeling ready to take on the challenges of the day! So thank you for continuing to join me.

There are always periods of our lives when we take on too much or just feel overwhelmed. During these periods, we need to find more time for ourselves and just breathe. Taking slow, deep breaths, grounding yourself in the present moment or even stepping away from stressors for a little while can help.

Feeling overwhelmed takes a toll on our body and minds, leaving us stressed, fatigued and unable to focus. Yoga offers a powerful way to restore balance and bring a sense of calm amidst the chaos.

Even just a few minutes of mindful movement and deep breathing can shift our moods and help us feel more grounded. Benefits include:
