20M Stretch - These classes emphasize floor postures to stretch, open and release a focused muscle group. 

Power Classes - Power classes are strength-building, full body workouts designed to build focus, endurance and flexibility.  A vinyasa flow that moves at a steady pace to keep your practice fluid, creative and energizing.  This workout will take your body and mind through a challenging yoga journey.

Vinyasa Flow - A vinyasa-style class with an energetic flow of interconnected postures synchronized with the breath.  Offers generous options to suit every yogi whether you are starting yoga or having been practicing for years.  This class promotes strength, balance, flexibility and stress reduction. Classes strive to provide a balance of invigorative flow with inspiration.

Yin & Yang – Invigorate your mind and body with a 30-minute gentle flow followed by a deep stretch. These classes start with a gentle and intentional flow that is focused on a combination of balance, stretch and strength.  The flow will be followed by moving to the floor allowing the mind to rest while the body holds an accessible stretch to target the connective tissues such as the ligaments, fascia, and even the joints of the body.  This practice help increases flexibility over time along with improving joint mobility.

Yoga Basics – This class will develop your strength, flexibility, comfort level, and stamina.  Whether you are brand new to yoga or just looking for a way to ease back into your practice. We strive to break down the poses with more detail and repeat them to build muscle memory.

Class Additions:

Amped up classes include a little more strength building postures (i.e., squats, push-ups, etc.)

Shut-Up & Flow - fewer cues with more space to breathe. Designed when you just want to move and quiet your mind.
